Softball and Tee Ball

WEEKLY COMPETITION

Hornbsy Zone Schools may enter teams for Softball and Tee Ball in the Weekly Summer Competition (Term 1, end of Term 3 and Term 4) played on Friday mornings at various locations  provided by Hornsby Council and Kurring-gai Council.

Tee Ball Teams consist of girls from Year 3 and 4. Softball Teams consist of girls from Year 5 and 6.

SOFTBALL TRIALS

HZSS holds a trial for Softball during Semester 1. Separate trials are held for girls and boys – with selected students progressing through to the Sydney North trials which are usually held in Term 3.

Students attending these trials are nominated and submitted through individual schools. Students will not be able to trial without permission notes correctly signed by parents, principals and sports coordinators.
